Default Store Policy

It is the responsibility of the store owner to have a clearly written Store Policy. Your Store Policy acts as an enforceable contract between you and the buyer.

Our “Default Store Policy” defines a minimum set of expectations which will be applicable for Sellers who do not otherwise provide a Store Policy on our site and/or communicate them in writing before completing a sale.

These terms are subject to change. We strongly recommend Sellers revise them on a point by point basis to their own policy. Any disputes mediated by ReptiVerse will take into account the Stores policy at the time of the sale.
