1. Sales and Refunds
– All Sales Final: All purchases of live animals from us are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
– Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any live animal from us.
– Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service and/or sale to anyone we deem unfit to properly care for our animals.
2. Shipping
– Shipping Policy: All geckos are shipped to a FedEx hub and held for pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS. This policy ensures the safety of our animals.
– WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP OUT ON TUESDAYS.
– Weather Holds: If weather conditions do not permit safe shipping, holds are free of charge until safe shipping can be arranged.
3. Health and Liability
– Health Guarantee: Every animal sold by us is in good health at the time of sale.
– Tail Drops: We are not liable for any dropped tails that occur after purchase, during weather holds, or during shipping. A dropped tail is considered a cosmetic issue and does not affect the value of the animal.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
– Notification: In the event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must notify us immediately within the first hour of arrival from the FedEx hub with photo and video proof.
– Resolution: If a DOA occurs, we will provide a replacement of equal or lesser value or issue store credit. A refund will not be given.
